Cruelty-Free, Always: Kind to You, Kind to Animals
Share
A product can be plant-based and still be tested on animals. At Asuka, it never is. Our cruelty-free commitment is simple and absolute: no animal testing, at any stage, by us or by anyone in our supply chain.
What "cruelty-free" means here
It's easy to say and harder to honour, so we hold the line at every step. We don't test finished products on animals. We don't test ingredients on animals. And we ask the same of our suppliers — if an ingredient can't come to us without an animal test, it doesn't come to us at all.
Why it matters most for what you apply
Cruelty-free is a principle across everything we make, but it's especially close to home for the products that go onto your hair and skin every day:
- Rosemary Oil — for scalp massage and hair routines.
- Batana Oil — raw and restorative, for damaged hair.
- Organic Castor Oil — for scalp, lashes and brows.
- Eucalyptus Oil and Peppermint Oil — for steam, diffusing and aromatherapy.
Modern testing methods make animal testing not just unkind but unnecessary. Ingredient safety can be established without it — so there's no excuse to do otherwise.
A standard, not a slogan
Being cruelty-free isn't a badge we earned once and forgot. It's a standard we re-commit to with every new product and every new supplier. Kind to you, kind to animals — no compromise.
